This machine is the basic equipment for the production of thin marle composite slabs.lt uses band saw blades (Beaded rope)

 to split or savthe slabs into slices. The saw blade tensioning adopts an automatic constant pressure hydraulic device. 

Compoared with the traditional machinusing manual tensioning, it has the advantages of uniform strength, stable pressure, 

longer service life of the saw blade, and convenienoperation. The slice (thickness) adjustment adopts screen setting and PLC

 automatic control, which greatly reduces the dificuty of operationand improves work efficiency.

本机器是生产大理石复合板的基础设备，采用带锯条(串珠绳)将板材对剖或者锯切成薄片。锯条张紧采用自动恒压

液压装置，相比传统机器采用人工张紧的方式有力度均匀、压力稳定，锯条使用寿命更长，操作方便等显著优点。

分片(厚薄)调整采用屏幕设定，PLC自动化控制，从而大大降低了操作难度，提高工作效率。
